FAQs related to the installation and use of ParaInvite

I have listed some of the more common issues experienced by users of ParaInvite. If you think I have missed out something important, please do not hesitate to let me know!

• I get an error JFolder::create: Infinite loop detected when installing the Pro add-on
  

  If you see this when installing the Pro add-on:

  * JFolder::create: Infinite loop detected
  * Unable to create destination

  Make sure the following folders are writable:

  • tmp folder in your Joomla root
  • /components/com_parainvite
  • /administrator/components/com_parainvite
• When importing contacts, I get blank screen or error about SQLite
  
• I get messages similar to Warning: file_put_contents()
  
• I have trouble importing contacts or sending invites
  
• I keep getting login failed message, saying email or password is wrong!
  
• Avatar not showing in email and registration page
  
• Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ers()
  
• Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class services_json
  
• Invite emails not sent
  
• Invite emails sent to Junk folder
  
• Invited users not connected / Invites not marked as confirmed
