I use template of HELIX3 bought from stackidea, if I use default template of joomla, it works.
I tried to unpublish all module, but it still doesn't work.

By the way, my template is bought from stackidea.

If you are still not able to visit my FTP, or you do have no access enough, you can tell me what folder you need to full access.
Since when I want to change my file sometime, I must do it on my locoal-end.
