Best Answer: Finally found the problem. It's this module Perfect AJAX Popup Contact Form. You have an instance of it displaying on JomSocial profiles. The problem is, it's using the same script SIMGallery uses to upload files, but an older version, which is conflicting with JomSocial. If you really want to display that module, I believe you can modify the module to not load the jquery.fileupload javascript file on JomSocial profile pages, and let it use SIMGallery's jquery.fileupload file. I'm not sure if it'll work, but it's worth a try. I've disabled the module for now so the profile picture upload is working.
