Nothing seems to get installed (I canm;t see anythign in the database that points to SimGallery), since it's on a clean Joomla without any modules/templates/etc. and the max filesizes in php are all good (100MB), it seems a wider compatibility issue?

I have tried on numerous occasions to upload and install this product to my website (rophen.uk) but not having any luck.When I try to install via Joomla installation process it uploads to aopprox, 70% then stops with the following error."Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an Error Document to handle the request.

Maybe all these errors are connected. When I turn on Joomla Error reporting, I get the following Errors on EVERY page.

When I try to add photos to an existing album, the "Add Photos" button does not work. So, I can not add more photos to an existing album.

Is there a way to fix this?

I have many JomSocial Modules that are associated with JS Pictures. For example, I have a Module that displays a wall of JS Photos in a Mosaic pattern.

Suppose there are two albums showing in the JomSocial Album list.

1) There is a photo album that I created BEFORE installing SIMGallery. This one can be seen by the JomSocial Modules.
2) There is a photo album that I created AFTER installing SIMGallery. This one can NOT be seen... show more

Whenever I open a picture using SIMGallery, the menu still lays on top of it. (I have attached a picture)

When adding photos to JomSocial, the photos do not show up in Activity stream or on the JomSocial Wall.

I have enclosed two pictures to show how it is configured, and how it shows up blank in the activity stream.

I am using Joomla! 3.9.13, JomSocial 4.7.6, and SIMGallery 6.0.24.

How do we fix this?

I ordered and PAID for SIMGallery, and it is not letting me download the component.

Can you please help me get the SIMGallery component?

I really feel like you put a LIMIT on my downloading. EVERY single time that I try to download the SIMGallery component (which is 56.4 MB), your web site will stop the download at EXACTLY 52 MB, and the download will fail. This happened over 10 TIMES IN A ROW.

I just purchased the SIMGallery component. Why would you guys keep trying to stop me from downloading it? It is very strange. Can you please fix this? Please?

Anyway, we already migrated them, but are getting the following bugs:
A) Timeline photos album tab: you said it displays photos that users uploaded on their JS activity stream. If we post any one from the JS activity stream it does not show in the SIMGALLERY TIMELINE TAB.
B) When we upload some photo from the Jomsocial activity stream, in the ALBUM SELECT dropdown (SEE SCREENSHOT ATTACHED):
- we do not see the ones created from SIMGALLERY.
- anyway, we select the album... show more

when there are NEW notifications, if I click, it just refreshes the counter to zero but does not open the box with the content.

On my site, for photo, it works only when refreshing the page or clicking back to navigation.
