I have been a customer for a few years now and I am using Profile URL for my Jomsocial events, profiles and group pages. I also use jTicketing for my events extension and we are going with native events instead of Jomsocial events. Doing so means that I can no longer use Profile URL for my event pages so I need for either you or my dev team to customize Profile URL to work on my site regardless of what page I want it to work on. Could you please advise if you can do this or if you will allow my dev team access to the source code to customize for me?

Also, how do I modify the appearance. I was able to nearly delete the header and description by inserting a space in these fields; however, I cannot get rid of the rocket icon. Moreover, I would like to modify the appearance of the front-end fields and button, if possible.

Lastly, you should modify your forum form... There is zero need for me to share my site credentials for these questions to be addressed.

Example of situation; I create a person, and then 2 parents for the that person. Then there is a sibling for the same person, but with different father (ex of the other partner). In current system I found no way to make all connections: I can add sibling to the 1st created person, but there is no way to indicate father to that sibling (from the existing ones). Also, it is not possible to determine one's ex or current partner status from existing ones (i.e in the example here, I create a Father to sibling 1st, then try to add him as ex to mother created earlier for 1st person)

I must admit I'm a bit sceptical about the hosting environment and not sure if I set it up correctly. I took your recommendation and got the VPS with interserver ... its my 1st VPS so maybe I missed something and it's causing the component to not work correctly. However your help would be greatly appreciated on just setting this up to be a simply video contest with points purchase site..

4.2.1 is working fine on my site from a previous subscription to ProfileURL. I started a new subscription to get the most updated version and when installing the latest version 4.3.2 all CB menu items are being redirected to the user profile.

Saw this posted by another user about 5 mos ago but no answer was clearly indicated. I restored my site to 4.2.1, and it's working fine again. I tested it on other CB sites & same issue occurred. I'm not looking for a refund but I feel like I wasted my money trying to get an upgrade that doesn't work & still have to use the old version that I already had
