SimGenealogy - there is no 'Integration' tab (as per documentation) to select integration with Community Builder - functionality errors.

Need help with "file no longer exist" Error.
When I attempt to add a video to any contest it will upload and say its processing, show in the back end with thumbnail from video, but no .mp4 file will be created in entries folder. So far the only videos that I am able to upload and play successfully are ones with this setting: Length: doesn't matter Frame W: 854 Frame H: 480 Data Rate: 25Kbps Total Bitrate: 25Kbps Frame rate: 29fps I've tried adjusting the configuration > contests > video size and no difference. ... show more
Best Answer: Hi Found the problem, it's cus you don't have the required codec installed. Please update to version 1.5.3, which will handle servers without certain codecs.

    When I try to share (via fb or tw or other) profile page I get 404error page (you can see at this page):
    http://www.italiapre[...].it/Aurifex_Srl

    But If I deactivate (or don't set) profile url like in this page:
    http://www.italiapre[...]/Barbara%20Shop
    everything work good..

    If i set, in global configuration of joomla, url sef to OFF and revrite url to OFF, all work ok, but i need to set ON these two important function..

    Can you help me ?

    The menu that allows you to select a category for an album is transparent and cannot be read when there are pictures in the album. See attached screenshot. Any plans to change this?

    We tested with our user test and we received the notification message, with a correct message test. The url it is not clicable due to the triple "/"

    1. The jomsocial nav bar is not loading above the Frontpage Q&A.
    2. The column to the right is not showing either.

    I'm using Joomla 3.3.6 and Community Builder 1.9.1. Everything installed perfeclty expect when I try to install the plug_profileurl.zip in Community Builder I get the following:
    "Upload showPlugins - Failed
    Plugin version (2.0.0) different from Community Builder version (1.9.1)"
    I could not locate a plugin for 1.9.

    Several days before, all works ok.
    With the rest of buttons (Gmail, Yahoo, MS...) all works ok

    Also I have the last version of Parainvites (I've just download it) but I have a notice (attached file)
    "Your ParaInvite is outdated. Please update now."

    Hello,

    I have installed the ProfileURL component and plugins but when i go to the page where i can change my username the site template is mixed up and the menu is gone.

    I use:

    - Joomla 3.3.6
    - Socialize theme (jomsocial / T3 framework)
    - Jomsocial 3.2.1.5

    I've already tried to add *{box-sizing: content-box !important;} to the CSS file.

    Can you help me to fix this problem?

    I have a Q&A menu item (Navigation bar) that is linked to SimAnswer frontpage. The frontpage works fine if the Leaderboard is not assigned to the frontpage. Otherwise, if the Leaderboard module is assigned to the SimAnswer frontpage, then it becomes "

    Hi, we installed the latest version (3.5.0) as for the instructions. We hve two problems:
    1) selecting from the JomSocial profile the profile link, we are able to decide the name but the check availability will not gp ahead. No behaviour.
    2) the manual name, doesn't allow direct insertion using firefox, chrome is ok

    Dear Support,

    As suggested, We have installed the parainvite components and other required modules. Now we are able to view the invite friends page but we are not able to process the request further.

    Nothing is opening after clicking on services like window, google, facebook etc... We have already configured the importing.

    we want to use the invite friend funcionality so we have disabled the other content sharing plugins.

    Please check the same and suggest the required steps.
