How does a user tag a photo with a keyword?

Hi, I have some problem with profile url and social sharing (using addthis.com or socialshare.com)

When I try to share (via fb or tw or other) profile page I get 404error page (you can see at this page):
http://www.italiapre[...].it/Aurifex_Srl

But If I deactivate (or don't set) profile url like in this page:
http://www.italiapre[...]/Barbara%20Shop
everything work good..

If i set, in global configuration of joomla, url sef to OFF and revrite url to OFF, all work ok, but i need to set ON these two important function..

Can you help me ?

Help text for photo icons (Move to other Album, Make Album Cover, Delete this photo hard to read due to the "Where is this?" underlying text.

Category selections are transparent and unreadable when photos are in the album

The menu that allows you to select a category for an album is transparent and cannot be read when there are pictures in the album. See attached screenshot. Any plans to change this?

We are having strange URL in twitter

Hi, we configured twitter, and it works.
The only things is the suggested URL, that contains tripl /

We tested with our user test and we received the notification message, with a correct message test. The url it is not clicable due to the triple "/"

My hosting company, Siteground does not support FFMPEG, so I have been using Zencoder for Jomsocial for my video encoding and store videos on Amazon S3. Do you have any plans to support Zencoder like Jomsocial does?

1)Is the invitation form totally different compared to twitter or linkedin one? I meant there is no list of users with avatar showed, but just a classical email form!
2) As you can see from the pic1, the logo is wrong. Where is it retrieved from? Where is it possible to select the URL to redirect the user instead of going to the login page.

Hi mike i'm just have a problem with all the modules disappearing on my Q&A Front page.

The problem i am having is:

1. The jomsocial nav bar is not loading above the Frontpage Q&A.
2. The column to the right is not showing either.

It was all working fine then all of a sudden just stopped working.

Plugin version different from Community Builder

I'm using Joomla 3.3.6 and Community Builder 1.9.1. Everything installed perfeclty expect when I try to install the plug_profileurl.zip in Community Builder I get the following:
"Upload showPlugins - Failed
Plugin version (2.0.0) different from Community Builder version (1.9.1)"
I could not locate a plugin for 1.9.

Several days before, all works ok.
With the rest of buttons (Gmail, Yahoo, MS...) all works ok

Also I have the last version of Parainvites (I've just download it) but I have a notice (attached file)
"Your ParaInvite is outdated. Please update now."

Template problem on ProfileURL page

Hello,

I have installed the ProfileURL component and plugins but when i go to the page where i can change my username the site template is mixed up and the menu is gone.

I use:

- Joomla 3.3.6
- Socialize theme (jomsocial / T3 framework)
- Jomsocial 3.2.1.5

I've already tried to add *{box-sizing: content-box !important;} to the CSS file.

Can you help me to fix this problem?

Leaderboard module crash SimAnswer frontpage

I have a Q&A menu item (Navigation bar) that is linked to SimAnswer frontpage. The frontpage works fine if the Leaderboard is not assigned to the frontpage. Otherwise, if the Leaderboard module is assigned to the SimAnswer frontpage, then it becomes "
The website cannot display the page", as you can see now if you click "Q & A" on the top navigation bar.

Check availability doesn't work properly

Hi, we installed the latest version (3.5.0) as for the instructions. We hve two problems:
1) selecting from the JomSocial profile the profile link, we are able to decide the name but the check availability will not gp ahead. No behaviour.
2) the manual name, doesn't allow direct insertion using firefox, chrome is ok

Dear Support,

As suggested, We have installed the parainvite components and other required modules. Now we are able to view the invite friends page but we are not able to process the request further.

Nothing is opening after clicking on services like window, google, facebook etc... We have already configured the importing.

we want to use the invite friend funcionality so we have disabled the other content sharing plugins.

Please check the same and suggest the required steps.

I just purchased the simgallery component but when I went to download the file after entering my domain, I keep getting a sql error page. How else can I download the file?
