Group Share Module Landing Page and Template Issues

While sending a group invite from a Group Page Share Module via manual email, I encountered the following issues:
1) Group title, while requested on the template, is not displayed on the email invitation,
2) The [GROUP] link in the invite email does not respect the Scheme ID:4 Landing Page (Sent-From URL) or the Welcome Message provided under the scheme's General Tab. I've provide a zip file of testing screen shots to facilitate your review. Please advise.
