Caruosel (sp) - doesn't rotate or move when Super User is logged in.

Before anyone logs in, it rotates fine - a Regular User sees it rotate too - but when Super User logs in, it stops.. (with only a single dot in the upper corner)
[ I hope fixing that will also fix that 'if the leaderboard is in the sidebar position' and set to show in the Community - the Community Page hangs on loading.
