I am installed latest ProfileURL component and some problems

Hello,
I am installed latest ProfileURL component and I have two problems :
1. problem with usernames in the links. For example for user marcel it showing link with numbers in the link:
https://www.xxxx.com/304marcel_25
instead
https://www.xxxx.com/marcel
2. problem - checkd attached image - when I want edit username the blue button is frozen and nothing happend.
