I bought ProfileURL again for my new project "nordseeaner.info". Unfortunately ProfileURL does not work anyway. Could you please help me?

I installed ProfileURL before I installed Community Builder, this time I did not have any error messages. My users should get a short URL with their username, where other visitors can easily reach their profile. I have created a first user 190001 and all future users receive a similar username (190002, 190003 ...).
The URL for the first user should look like this: http://www.nordseeaner.info/190001
Can you help me to configure the system so that all future CB users can access their profile via their short URL in the future?
