request for refund

unfortunately this component has destroyed my website despite having backups... i am now getting mod security issues every where and i have been working just to try to get back to where i was before i installed this.
i'd like to request money back please.
i also can't believe i have to buy points to ask a question with each question costing 5 points!
that's new to me. beyond me.
