Problem with gedcom file load not terminating has returned

The problem that we had the other day with the gedcom file not loading appears to have returned. Again the process is not terminating ok. The load occurs in the background window but, as before, the loading process does not complete.

I have contacted my hosting company and they said that another ModSecurity trip occured. However they have now resolved that and say that their error logs are clear.

Please can you investigate the inability to load gedcom files.
