I used the username and password provided in update: 1-go to morrisfam.org and login 2-click on genealogy link 3-click on 4 Generations - Tony Morris 4-click on edit 5-added ex-parntner to Abdo Lattouf 6-clicked on abdo lattouf 7-clicked on add child selected add child with expartner 8-9 - repeated steps 6 and 7 10 - edited child 1 with ex (spencer lattouf) 11 - edited child 2 with ex (mikey lattouf) 12 - added partner to edited child 2 now mikey lattouf 13 - clicked on save and close everything looked ok at this point came back about an hour later to do more edits and adds and did steps 1-4 again 1-go to morrisfam.org and login 2-click on genealogy link 3-click on 4 Generations - Tony Morris 4-click on edit when I looked at the recently added items only the ex-partner to abdo lattouf had a link/line connecting them on it and the child items remained but lines of connection did. hope this is what you are asking for

I am still experiencing the issue of adding people and after saving the connection lines disappear.
is that something I did or a another component is causing it?
click on anthony morris - add child - only options i see are add child with new mother and without mother. (photo attached) in regards to children added and after saved no connections I have attached a photo as well.
also I just added two children under another entity saved it and the connections to those children are gone now after saving.
so do I have to start a tree over to get the fixes to work? I attempted to re add my children and the option to add them with my wife is not working.
I see I have 1.1.1 - however my tree does not show up under my user anymore. only under trees I am in. is that normal after update? Also it appears I cannot delete trees permanently they show up on back-end even after deleted from front-end. what is the update process? just download from purchases again and install on top of existing or ftp specific files? or uninstall the reinstall?
I went back to edit a tree and the connections line are now gone on some family members.
Hi Sorry about that, for some reason the system removed you from the specific user group. I don't know why, could be a Joomla bug, and it affected a few users. Please try again and let me know if it works.

nope I googled it and apparently cloudflare injects some code and others have had issues after disabling cloudflare and removing their site it remains. I might have to somehow manually remove the code from every page just not sure how I would do this.
I have completely disabled cloudflare i.e. deleted my site from thier console. Have DNS back on default with go-daddy. Like you said it may take a 24-48 hrs to propagate across the world. I do not know what else to change to eliminate the conflict.
nevermind - the username for FTP is : support@morrisfam.org same password I provided for superuser account
