yes that true but now even after spending $39 , I have to spend time and total cost for me is coming equal to the custom development. You can get freichat extension from net. That is how we got that. Please understand the situation and try to give positive and exact solution rather than asking us to do all the research.
hmm. But this also means we will have to spend time on setting up of the test site. Whole purpose of going for paid component was to save time and cost. Let me check what can be done . But really not happy with this. Try to setup said component at your end and give us solution.
if you notice the site on which you were working is the live site. I can not disable anything from there. As such apart from Jom Social and one chat application there is no other component. Chat application used is freichat. So please check it at your end and let us know.
Dear Support We have purchased this component only after confirming that it is compatible with Joomla version and JomSocial. So now we do not want to keep on doing research for your bug. Please fix the bug at your earliest. If we have to spend so much of time on the paid component, then what is use of it? We would have gone for custom development. So please fix the issue otherwise please refund the payment.

ok, If that can help us to track the issue then we will install joomla 2.5 in ontest folder on server. with parainvite installed in it. we will update you once done with setup.
it's ok, We have made that live. We actually don't have anything as www and non-www are pointing to same place. if required we can redirect the non-www to www by adding code in htaccess. As per our finding, ( We are still in finding process ) we got to know that session is getting clear on require_once JPATH_BASE.'/includes/framework.php'; /components/com_parainvite/oauth/hybridauth/index.php it is surely something related to session value. if we get to know the reason of session expire then issue will get resolved. something that is required on server or some setting may resolved the issue.
Hello Mike, You have left the testing things open on live server, which was causing issue of 404 for internal pages. you have renamed the .htaccess file , for make existing system run, we have activated .htaccess file. It seems that you are still looking for the issue so do update us when parainvite is running on khiladiconnect.com. We are also looking for the same issue from our end. if we found any solution, we will update you. Regarding "Do you have something that redirects www to non-www?" we are not clear what are you looking for. Thanks for support..
it is becuase of modal box?? Session will get clear, if domain name get change. Also currently, inside page are not coming for me on site showing 404 error. have you disabled any thig for testing purpose.
hello ok mike, We have disable it for some time. Also the error we are facing is not related to php version it is becuase session is getting out when it goes to parainvite. For rest of system session remains on. is there something that getting reinitialiased. Or redirection is not proper??
Mike, Disabling mod_security is not possible as this will lead my server vulnerable and may get hacked. We have made the session.entropy_length to 32 but for session.save_path and session.entropy_file proper values is in place. do you recomend any value for those. Please specify As per my understanding, You are checking the system on php 5.3 and we are not suppose to upgrade the system to 5.4. Please specify.

Dear Mike, We don't want to upgrade the php version and check the whole system again. as this will be big task for us. We need make changes in parainvite component so it will work in joomla 2.5 and jomsocial. while purchasing this component we have checked the compatibility and we have not aware of any requirement on php version. As joomla 2.5 runs on php 5.3 we have considered this component. As this is addon to project which is already running. So we will not going to make any change in existing system. So Please understand and suggest, Required steps for making parainvite campatible in php 5.3.
