Hi You can go to components/com_simanswers/tables/points.php, in the function getpoints. If the value of $points is less than 0, return 0. However, as I mentioned previously, SIMAnswers will still recognize the user's points as negative, but will merely display 0.
You can disregard this. I found the problem (I didnt create menu items). Thanks for a great addon!
