Thank you so much for your help. I don't think these issues are related to ProfileURL, but more because you have so many different menu items pointing to the same link with different aliases. Other than removing the additional menu item you created for JomSocial with the same alias as the name you're using for ProfileURL, I didn't do anything else. I did not create any menu pointing the same link with different aliases and this issue is not only jomsocial link it happens to other link like menu for joomla articles like about us. please, i'm so sure this issue started after you make change s kindly help me take a close look plsssss. for the upgrade, how do i make the upgrade? Hi, Please, after you worked on my site to fix my issues i noticed my links does not give the proper links Alias. the Alias i set myself always redirect to home page. the following are the example of the links but all the profiles and groups links work perfectly. domain.com/index.php?option=com_community&view=frontpage domain.com/index.php?option=com_community&view=register&Itemid=163 but if you purposely set it in that way please explain why! Sorry! want i actually wanted is that i want to make sure that when a user visits www.domain.com it will direct the user to login page i.e landing page which is working like that now but when a user is already logged in and still visits www.domain.com i want it to redirect the user to jomsocial home page. if you check the path where there is guest in com_community. Thanks
it only refresh same page when a user clicks on the logo but i want it to redirect to jomsocial home but when a user has not logged in it will redirect the user to my template login page. Thanks

yes i set to profileurledit but i dont have any issue with edit page i only have issue when a user wants to visit another user link by typing to browser example domain.com/username_example
i don't want profileurl link link www.domain.com/username of a user to load under my landing page which you can try from you end when you login but i want it to load under another menu. landing page is the default menu as i set it so it seems profileurl automatically assign it to be position under the default men page
