"Create New Album" bugs during extension upgrade.

- Category Modal: buttons "Select" and "Cancel" seem not working if I do not select the deepest subcategory.
- If I do not select any category, when click to publish, get the error message that the category is missing and the album is saved as UNPUBLISHED, without saving the Album title, description, and location inputs. Is not possible to create an album without selecting any category?
- If I select a category, when click to publish, get the error page "1146-Table 'Sql1084891_1.#__comprofiler_plugin_activity' doesn't exist," then, the album is saved as UNPUBLISHED, without savings entries.
