getting initSGAvatarTips

1) Hello, I'm trying to bring the initSGAvatarTips content on other two pages: one of Simgallery, another one not.
I'm using this code, following the Developers documentation tips:
<?php require_once(JPATH_SITE.'/components/com_simgallery/helpers/core.php');
echo SGHtml::initSGAvatarTips();?>
but it does not show anything.Can you suggest me what is the mistake?
