When SImContests announces the winners of a contest, it posts the winners notice on the EasySocial stream. however, these notifications cause the following error:

Call to a member function getname() on null.

This causes the entire website to become unavailable

When setting up a video competition, the video can be uploaded and the accepted.
However, on the next page, the video processing spinner just goes round and round and the video processing never finishes.
In the back end admin, it initially show that the video entry has been created, including video thumbnails.

When a member uploads, comments or scores a photo, this information can be set to show on the EasySocial Stream. however, instead of showing the name of the member who did the activity, the stream item shows the name of the logged in member instead.

In the attached image, Test-free scored a picture posted by Kiwimaster.

In the contests.php file located under administrator/components/com_simcontests/views/configuration/tmpl/ the photo thumbnail is missing the php part i.e

I have purchase SimGallery 3 times now and never managed to get it to work successfully with Jomsocial. Last year we switched to Easysocial, so I thought maybe its time to give SimGallery another chance. This time it worked fine except that the migration from Easysocial never completed successfully (only about 15% of the albums/photos were converted).

When you access the users SimGallery Dashboard in EasySocial, there is no option to create a new photo Album. In the demo, there is a dotted grey area where you can click to create the gallery. This doesn't appear on the Easysocial version of SimGallery.....so how does a member create a new Album?
