After six days of no reply, but with the unlocked accounts for the backend, PHPmyadmin, and FTP, my site was pretty wide open, I thought, "Maybe I can do it myself." And I made it work the way I wanted. Ultimately, it was the .httacess file, which I adapted accordingly.
