Thanks for the prompt reply, I have looked into what you said and you were right about the live site settings being incorrect. I have changed them now and we are getting slightly further, however we are using the default joomla htaccess and we were using the SEF in joomla itself. I will do further testing now to see what is/isn't working. Another thing that I noticed is that the tab links are not working on the dashboard any idea why this is. Hi, we could really do with some help setting this up so that it works, I have followed your configuration guide and yet we are still not able to use any of the features of your software. We are unable to create a new tree this is not good. I have checked with firebug and it seems there are some ajax errors occuring and also some jQuery Deprications going on. I have but it wont let me proceed with any of the functions
i.e. it wont let me create a new tree (I am a super user on the website) see image of what happens when I click in the 'new tree' button. Nor can I remove any of the sample trees and nothing seems to function when I click on the four links under 'My Genealogy Dashboard'
