It looks like it is working now, I do appreciate the time that you have taken to help me out with this. I hope that my persistence was not misinterpreted.

I'm sure that there are other things that require your attention and the explanation that you have provided in the last few posts helps me to better understand the issue. I guess it was more that I couldn't figure out why it was happing that was beginning to frustrate me.

Also last inquiry, just want to make sure that there weren't any specific tweaks to the extension that had to be done while you got it working. Just in case I have to reinstall it for some reason.

I'm not sure how to respond to the menu question. It is just a regular Joomla menu with CB menu items on it.

The member search link on the main menu still redirects to the user profile, but it should redirect to the CB userlist.

If ProfileURL 4.2.1 worked fine in all of the menu items and redirected everything properly and the only change was updating to the new version, wouldn't that indicate that there is something about the new version that is causing the problem?

I have restored my site several times back to ProfileURL 4.2.1 and everything works right again. 2 days ago you even responded that everything was working fine and that is when version 4.2.1 was installed.

It really seems like this version for some reason has changes that make my site function incorrectly. I was hoping to get it working right by reaching out to you, but if it is not possible, I think it is only fair that I am refunded the cost I paid until such time that the issue is resolved. show less

The site is working because it is running ProfileURL version 4.2.1.

The reason for my support request is because the new version I purchased 4.3.2 does not work properly when installed, so I restored the site back to it's previous state.

I provided access with super administrator privileges and the server folder so that you could check 4.3.2 from the beginning install process to see why it's not working.

If I did install it wrong then with a simple package upload and CB plugin install on your part then it would be solved. Perhaps you could try that to help me out. show less

I did a backup of my site and I have sent you the FTP and login information to your inbox. When I did the update I did also install the CB plugin. The older version of the plugin works fine and with no other change except the install of the new version every CB menu item (userlist, groupjive, profile edit, connections, etc.) all just redirect to the user profile.

It takes quite a while to restore the site from the backup so I have provided you with the login info to your inbox with the site running the older version of ProfileURL
