The site was never moved anywhere. That's the live site and the component was installed on the same exact server environment since day one and we are not using any 3rd party SEF extension at all. All just base Joomla's SEF with multi language. That's why we have the /en/ instead of index.php.
Additional note: I have even tried to disable Joomla's SEF and rewrite but that didn't seem to help at all.
