I was angry from your ignore & late response but when I read all the policy details I feel it's reasonable .
I found the issues and solve it  I will describe it maybe somebody get valuable information from our discussion ,It's was two parts:
A- Conflict with one plugin in JS file .
B- My security firewall block some info. in the tree chart .
so, I uninstall that plugin and disabled firewall in browser level . show less

I note that you did not reply me or download the files that I mention . Anyway, I work for hours trying to solve the issue with all possible ideas .
I will give you summary :

1-Remove the template files no hope !
2-Remove all the website and install flat Joomla 3.6.2 again with no template only Joomla .
3-The problem in the pop up goes away but anther problems come to the scene :-

A- Can not edit the tree you just created even you can not find it again in the box you called tree-chart .!!!
B- A word come to the screen in the top left side [AD] , I don't know why or how comes !!

I can not stand to install this product in flat Joomla site and it's not working normally !!

I am planning to give access to this site later to many people, not expert in a computer I can't asking them to ignore this or that .

My major reply :

If you can not help me making this site working in normal flat Joomla site that means the product is not stable at all , I will ask PayPal for a full refund because of misleading information otherwise, help me to solve these wired issues in two days .
