Sorry for this time to reply.
By verifying your login I realize that you did not have access in offline, it is solved.
You can now access frontend and backend administration.
I confirm you again your login via your email address.
For localhost malfunctions:
1) Once in the Jomsocial part the menus are no longer accessible but they are always displayed (as if the links were deactivated)
2) In the SimGallery part the links to the profiles are inoperative and all menus (mainmenu and jomsocial toolbar) are displayed but are inoperative.
