I followed your guidelines to the best of my ability in placing a request for support. Perhaps there is something I overlooked, but I have not received a reply.

I purchased Simgenealogy about 2 weeks. With or without integration with Community Builder I am still unable to create and edit trees.

I noted the following problems in my previous post...
1) There is no 'Integration' tab in configuration in backend to select 'Community Builder'
2) CB avatar doesn't show for user
3) CREATE NEW button does not appear for registered users.
4) Accordion doesn't work; get error rather than accordion effect... returns you to the DASHBOARD.
5) When trying to access trees from list in administrator backend get 404 error.
6) Unable to edit individuals in tree once tree is created using Superuser account.
7) Unable to attach members to tree after tree is created with gedcom upload

Need assistance to get program running properly.

Apparently, this template maker does not use bootstrap other than the .js and .css files that are loaded with the Joomla core.

This may explain why I've run into some issues of conflict with class and position names. In order to have proper functionality for this template, I've had to disable the Protostar template that comes with the Joomla package. show less
