Views - Answer
If a user belongs to a user group or is a Manager, the Answer Panel will appear below. The panel will always be visible, so users don't have to scroll through long lists of answers before they can post their answer.
Users can choose to upload a main photo for their answers. Answers with main photos will include a thumbnail which will open up a lightbox with the original photo.
If the answerer wishes to include sources for their answers, they can click on the Source button, which will add a new textarea.
If the category has custom fields for answers attached to it, a More Details button will appear for users to enter the fields.
Owners can choose the edit or delete their answers, while other users are able to report them. Managers can delete any answer.
Any user can rate answers by clicking on the thumbs up and down buttons. You can sort answers by their ratings, newest, and oldest. Re-ordering of answers are done real time without refreshing the page.
Once satisfied, user clicks the Submit button. SIMAnswers will check that all the fields and custom fields are properly filled out before proceeding. After submitting, the user will be redirected back to his answer.

I have been using SimANSWERS for over a year on our educational website. It's an excellent component that comes in handy for Questions and Answers.
