Multiple Uses - Q&A / Forum / Support Ticket
As mentioned previously, SIMAnswers can be used as a Questions & Answer solution, a Forum, or a Support Ticket system.

- Allow everybody (or selected user groups) to ask and answer questions
- Allow everybody (or selected user groups) to view answers
- Disable Allow Multiple Answers so each user can only answer once
- You may choose to either allow askers to answer their own questions
- Forum

- Allow everybody (or selected user groups) to ask and answer questions (post and reply to threads)
- Allow everybody (or selected user groups) to view replies
- Enable Allow Multiple Answers so each user can post under the thread multiple times
- Allow thread creators to answer their own questions so they can reply to their own thread
- Support Ticket System

- Allow everybody (or selected user groups) to ask questions (post tickets)
- Allow only Managers to answer tickets. Creators of questions will still be able to reply to their tickets.
- If you wish, allow only Managers (or selected user groups) to view replies. Creators of questions will still be able to view replies.
- Enable Allow Multiple Answers so each user can post under the ticket multiple times
- Allow askers to answer their own questions so they can reply to their own ticket/li>
These settings are just suggestions. You can try various combinations of Asker user groups, Answerer user groups, Viewer user groups, and Manager user groups to suit your needs.
As you can clearly see, the ways you can use SIMAnswers is LIMITLESS!

I have been using SimANSWERS for over a year on our educational website. It's an excellent component that comes in handy for Questions and Answers. The display is attractive, it is very easy to use and we have been using it to help students and our visitors on many educational topics.

Support here is excellent and you have timely updates. I have been using SimAnswers for over a year and they have been more than helpful. My questions have always been answered on time.

This is certainly a well thought out component, and is quite interesting. I especially like the "Interesting list" where users can in a sense "like" a post. Well done!
