Points & Levels
This is one of the most exciting features of SIMAnswers. The comprehensive and flexible Points and Levels system allows you to set different limits on various actions based on a user's level, which is achieved by their accumulation of points.
First, please have a look at built-in scoring system and how it works. Note that every single number in the respective Points and Levels tables are configurable.
The Points system is pretty self-explanatory: different actions will earn or take away points from the user. For example, actions like choosing a best answer, answering a question, or have your answer selected as the best answer will earn a user points. Actions like asking a question or violating your community guidelines will have points deducted.
Points are then used to upgrade a user's Levels. There is a total of 7 levels, and the higher the level, the more a user can do. For example, high level users can post more question and answers, or follow questions.
You can also use SIMAnswers Points and/or Levels by integrating them with other parts of your site. We will make it easier for 3rd party extensions to integrate in future version.

I have been using SimANSWERS for over a year on our educational website. It's an excellent component that comes in handy for Questions and Answers. The display is attractive, it is very easy to use and we have been using it to help students and our visitors on many educational topics.

This is certainly a well thought out component, and is quite interesting. I especially like the "Interesting list" where users can in a sense "like" a post. Well done!
